Reservations and Rooms

How do I search for availability and prices?

This process is very simple. Click on the paw "Book Online" on the right hand side at the top and you will be transferred to our Online-Reservation System. Enter the dates of arrival and departure, and enter the number of guests. Click the Button "Check Availability" and you will see all available rooms and prices.

How do I book online?

After you have searched for available rooms, click on the "Book-it button and simply follow the on-screen information for "Guest Info", "Additional Items" and finally for the "Payment Info" .

How long does it take to receive a response to my booking?

The booking confirmation is given INSTANTLY because room availability is constantly updated in the system. You will find an email in your inbox usually within a few seconds.

What is the payment method?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress and Discover as a credit or debit card and Cash. We do not charge your credit card when you book online. We take this information only to secure your reservation. At the check-in, you can still decide, whether you want to pay with the card mentioned or with some other method.

Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

How do I cancel a reservation? What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?

When you are completing the Secure Lodging Reservation Form, the Cancellation Policy there will be a link to read the cancellation policy. In general, the standard increments are that you must cancel the room(s) at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled arrival date.

If you cancel before the deadline, generally you will not be charged a penalty by the lodging provider. Cancelling after the stated period will result in a cancellation penalty fee in the amount of your reservation, including tax.

If you book multiple rooms, the deadline will be extended corresponding to the amount of the rooms booked.

Please read the specific cancellation policy on the site and in any emails regarding your reservation.

How do I book Packages online?

Simply click the "Packages" link in the navigation on the right hand side of the screen. From there you can click the "Availability and Prices" link located under each individual package.

Our children will be with us... do they stay free?

Children 12 and under stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding.

Are rollaway beds/cribs available?

We offer a small rollaway just for kids for an extra fee of $5.00 plus tax. We do not offer cribs.

Is the room rate per person or per night?

The room rate is per night. The rate will reflect the number of persons you entered on the Search Form. It's for two people if you selected two people and it's for four people if you selected four people.

What time is your Check-in and Check-out time?

Check-in begins at 3 pm. Check-out is 11 am. The Front Desk is open usually from 8 am to 9 pm during weekdays and until 10 pm on Friday/Saturday nights. If you are planning to check-in outside our regular office hours, please contact the Front Desk to make arrangements.

If I book online, is it cheaper than by phone?

There is no price difference between online or over-the-telephone booking.

Rooms and Amenities

What types of rooms are available?

We offer 3 rooms with a private Jacuzzi with King size bed, 8 rooms with a King size bed, 3 rooms with two Queen size beds and 2 rooms with two Double beds each.

  1. All the rooms have private bathroom with shower tub and toilet
  2. All rooms except the 2 rooms with the Double beds have brand new Serta© Perfect Sleepers Mattresses.

Do you offer smoking rooms?

No, all of our rooms are 100% non-smoking rooms. There is enough space to smoke outside of any room.

Do you offer pet friendly rooms?

No, Sorry, as much as we love our animals, but we do not accept any pets at the Motel.

Do the rooms have hairdryer, iron and ironing board and coffee pots?

Our rooms are equipped with hairdryers as a standard (except the 2 rooms with the double beds). Iron and ironing boards and coffee pots are available at the front desk for no extra costs (limited availability!).

What is the "Adults only Floor" on some rooms?

The Lookout Lodge is a 3-story Motel type building. There is the main level in the middle, one upper level (second floor) and one lower level. We call the lower level the "Adults only floor" which means, that we do not accept any kids under age 18 on this level.

This is also the level with the 3 Jacuzzi rooms. This level is off the main road, facing the Forrest and quieter and more relaxing than the other rooms (which doesn't mean, the other rooms are noisy). Only room N# 1 to 5 are on the "Adults only" Floor.

Does the room have a view to the back, the Forrest?

Room N#1 to N#5 are located on the lower, back level, which faces the forrest. Room N# 11, 12, 21 and 22 have a window to the back but are facing the front side like all the rest of the rooms. All of our motel rooms are quiet and have a nice view around the property.

Do you offer Cable TV and DVD Player for all the rooms?

The Lookout Lodge offers Cable TV, including HBO in all the rooms. DVD Players are also available in all the rooms, except the 2 rooms with the Double Beds (Standard Rooms). All of our guests have access to our free DVD Library.

Is free WiFi available?

Yes, we offer free Highspeed Wireless Internet Access around our property. The access needs a password which is available at the Front Desk. Please note: Not all the rooms have the same quality access signal for the WiFi – we do not guarantee an access signal in any room.

Does everybody have access to the Outdoor
Hot Tub?

Yes, all the rooms have access to the Outdoor Hot Tub. We do ask that you take a shower, before you enter the Hot Tub. Smoking, Eating and Drinking is prohibited while sitting in the Hot Tub. The area is monitored by our Surveillance System.

Do we serve Continental Breakfast in the morning?

Yes, we offer the Continental Breakfast with Cereals, Snacks, Fruits, Jus, Coffee and Hot Chocolate.

For those, who are looking for a full Breakfast, we have a lot of good recommendations for the best way to start your day in Eureka Springs. Breakfast hours are until 10am every day.

Miscellaneous

Do you have a Trolley stop nearby?

Yes, the Trolley stops right in front of the Lookout Lodge (Stop N#23 on the Blue Line). Tickets are available at the Front Desk or from the driver.

Does the Trolley have a schedule?

No, the Trolley comes by approx. every 30 – 35 minutes, on busy weekends even more often. For the Operating Time, please check the Website of Eureka Trolley .

Do we have enough parking space?

We offer enough parking space for all the rooms we have. There is also usually enough space for a trailer.

I'm on a motorcycle – is the parking lot paved?

Yes, our parking lot is paved and has an easy access from the highway. If you are travelling with a group of other motorcycles, please call us ahead, so we can block a few parking spots right in front of the property on the even ground for you.

Is a Wedding Service available?

Yes, you can use our premises for your private, intimate wedding. We have a very nice Wedding Minister available on your request.
